Define the target pressure, evacuation task, process media and electrical supply before comparing pump specifications.
Define the job first
Start with the application, system volume, target pressure, desired evacuation time and working pattern. A pump for new equipment, a replacement unit and a field service tool may have different installation and handling requirements. For an existing installation, provide a nameplate photo, connection details and a description of the current problem. If specifications are incomplete, explain the process and how you will judge success.
Compare specifications on the same basis
Pumping speed, ultimate pressure and motor power describe different characteristics. Check units, supply frequency, test conditions and definitions before comparing models. Confirm connections, weight and installation dimensions as well. A published ultimate pressure does not by itself establish the pressure achievable in your equipment. Include the system layout, sealing condition, process load and intended measurement location when discussing performance.
Include compatibility and maintenance needs
Describe the process media, possible moisture or particles, ambient conditions and operating duration. Specify voltage, frequency and plug requirements. Refrigerant compatibility must be confirmed in the manufacturer's documentation for the exact model. Ask about oil requirements, maintenance, spare parts and manual language. Send the application brief to lituobd@163.com to discuss candidate models and a practical sample evaluation.
